I am daily processing how to leverage art, design, social media, marketing, advertising, branding and communications for God’s glory. My greatest goal is to make God known…and this is how I’m equipped to do it.

My Day Job
I am the Director of Communications at Sugar Creek Baptist Church in Sugar Land, Texas. I love to collaborate with other creative minded folks to find fresh,new ways to impact our culture with the most relevant Person in the universe.

My Salvation Story

When I was 19, I came to a point of utter hopelessness and desperation. Through a series of extraordinary events, I learned about the God of the universe.

I learned that the God of the universe deeply cared about me. He cared about my heart. He cared about what was going on inside me. He cared about my future.

That same God plucked me from the miserable place I was in and showed me love. He showed me compassion, grace and mercy. He showed me forgiveness. And He showed me Freedom.

With a grateful heart, I asked God to use me for His pleasure. I simply wanted to do what pleased Him. And God has sent me on an incredible journey.

Since I began the journey of pursuing God’s heart, I graduated from seminary, pastored, planted, worked as a graphic designer at a couple of churches, worked as an art director at an ad agency, and currently serve as the communications director at an incredible church.

I also started a blog called ChurchKreatives.

While my passion is in creative communications in the church, my highest calling is to be a husband and a daddy. God has blessed me with an incredible wife and 3 beautiful kids.

My life is full, and I am blessed.
